Since 2002, Enex was actively working in the oil and gas sector and has completed and handed over a number of installations and facilities which are being successfully used.

Korpedje BCS

The Basic and Detailed design for construction of the booster compressor station on “Korpedje” field, site supervision during assembly and start-up of equipment,  maintenance of equipment during 12 month after start-up, customer’s personnel training. Output rate: 11 mln.m3/day at outlet pressure 120 bar.

Project mission: The most complete output of the deposit Korpedje

Technology:
One stage compression of natural gas by turbine gas compressor units with process gas cleaning by  filter-separators at the compressor station inlet and outlet and gas cooling with air gas coolers and heat exchangers on compressors discharge

Main technological equipment:

  • Gas compressors with gas turbine engine (D12R8S/SGT-600, Dresser Rand S.A a Siemens Business S.A.S)
  • Blocks of filter-separators with automatic drain system

MALAY

The execution of project feasibility study and detailed design for construction of compressor station on “Malay” field.

Shop "B" – to provide compression of gas from Uchadji field and to supply gas to output of GPP Malay. Output rate: 45 mln.m3/day

The design and construction on a “turn key“ basis  of the booster compressor station on “Dovletabat-2” field. Output rate: 50 mln.m3/day

Project mission: The most complete output of the deposit Dovletabad-2

Technology:
Two stage compression of natural gas by turbine gas compressor units with gas cleaning at the inlet and intermediate blocks of filter-separators and cooling gas with air gas coolers after each compression stage

Main technological equipment:

  • Two stage gas compressors with gas turbine engine (D20R4B/40G, Dresser Rand S.A.) in individual buildings (PSG-International a.s.)
  • Blocks of filter-separators with automatic drain system (PALL GmbH)
  • Air gas coolers of 1st and 2nd compression stage (Hamon d’Hondt S.A.)
  • Distributed control system, emergency shutdown system, gas and fire detection system (Honeywell Process Solutions).

BAGTYYARLYK

The design and construction on a “turn key” basis of the compressor station “Bagtyyarlyk” on the gas pipeline “Malay-Bagtyyarlyk”. Output rate: 60 mln.m3/day

Project mission: to provide preparation of the natural gas supplied from the Malay group of fields in accordance with actual international standards for supplying gas for export to Turkmenistan - China pipeline

Technology:
One stage compression of natural gas by turbine gas compressor units  with cleaning gas at the block of inlet filer-separators and cooling gas at the outlet with air gas coolers

Main technological equipment:

  • Centrifugal gas compressors with gas turbine engine (D16R2S/30GT, Dresser Rand S.A.) in individual buildings (PSG-International a.s.)
  • Blocks of filter-separators with automatic drain system (PALL GmbH)
  • Air gas coolers of 1st and 2nd compression stage (Hamon d’Hondt S.A.)

KEYMIR, AKPATLAVUK AND CHEKISHLYAR

Engineering and construction "on turn-key" basis of the facility complex for natural gas treatment and transportation on the Keymir, Akpatlavuk and Chekishlyar. Output rate 3000 mln.m3/year

The facility complex is designed to collect natural gas at the Keymir, Akpatlavuk and Chekishlyar Gas Condensate Fields, treat gas to bring it to a commercial quality and transport it to the export pipeline.

Technology:
gas treatment by low temperature separation with cold to be generated by way of choking the gas flow

“Turn-key” construction of buster compressor station (BCS) Dovletabat-3. Output rate: 60 mln.m3/day

Project mission: The most complete output of the deposit Dovletabad-3 and supply gas to the amine desulfurization unit of Head Gate No2.

Technology:
Two stage compression of natural gas by turbine gas compressor units with gas cleaning at the inlet and intermediate blocks of filter-separators and cooling gas with air gas coolers after each compression stage

Main technological equipment:

  • Two stage gas compressors with gas turbine engine (D16R9B/40G, Dresser Rand S.A.) in individual buildings (PSG-International a.s.)

TELEMETRY

Within scope of the project "Engineering and construction "on turn-key" basis of the facility complex for natural gas treatment and transportation on the Keymir, Akpatlavuk and Chekishlyar." there was executed replacement of telemetry system on the export pipeline (135km).

CHOLLUK - PUSTYNNAYA

Supplying of equipment for modernization of automatic control and regulation system of turbo-compressors of compressor station "Cholluk" (15 gas turbo-compressors).
